Have an upcoming flight with Cathay Pacific? You’re in for a treat.

Cathay have teamed up with Michelin starred restaurant Tosca to provide a specially designed inflight menu for first and business class travellers from 1st Feb – 30th April 2017.

Passengers on selected long haul flights out of Hong Kong will be served the inventive menu designed by Chef Pino Lavarra, packed with the traditional Italian flavours that the Ritz-Carlton based Tosca is renowned for.

Dishes on the menu include Octopus terrine, Veal oyster blade, Beef short ribs with eggplant, and even Lobster.
