Not surprising, Singapore Airlines has once again been named the winner, for their excellent service, comfortable Business Class suite, food on board and each aircrafts cleanliness. The top 5 also includes French boutique airline La Compagnie, Emirates, All Nippon Airways, and Qatar Airways. It was not only the inflight experience that mattered to voters, the business class lounges also made an impact on people's opinions, the Qatar Doha Al Mourjan Lounge a favourite.

On ground experience is also important when it comes to the overall airport experience, again most of the best airports are either Asian or Middle Eastern. Many of these airports are new and feature logical paths, beautiful architectural designs and plenty of facilities.

Istanbul Airport was voted the top for 2024, taking the crown away from Singapore Changi Airport which is still a crowd favourite coming in a very close second. While the Istanbul Airport is yet to be completed it still makes its mark on passengers with easy navigation, friendliness of employees.
