Japanese carrier All Nippon Airways (ANA) is the latest airline to introduce free inflight Wi-Fi for Business Class passengers. After first announcing this in April, this new feature just went live this August.

Something that was initially only available for free for First Class passengers and cost a little over $20 for Business Class passengers is now available in both cabins, offering unlimited free Wi-Fi without data caps. This is all part of ANA’s effort to elevate their customer experience while travelling. The additional Wi-Fi enhancements will be the latest offering for customers, allowing them to use their time in the air to work or browse the internet.

Wi-Fi Availability on ANA Flights

• Available in Business Class cabins featuring the new “The Room” suite.
• Wi-Fi is initially unavailable on the three Boeing 777s that do not feature the new Business Class product. These planes will be getting new inflight connectivity, with plans to launch as soon as it's ready. Hopefully this means the remaining Boeing 777 planes will be reconfigured with the new cabins in the near future.
• It is not available on ANA’s fleet 767-300ER because connectivity isn’t available on these planes.

When Will “The Room” Business Class Suite Launch?

ANA will begin rolling out the new Business Class Suite, The Room, on most of the airline's Boeing 777 in all Business Class cabins. Inspired by Japanese living spaces, the upgraded Business Class is one of the best in the world, closely following Qatar’s Qsuite. The extra wide seats convert to a fully flat bed that is complete with bespoke bedding and a tailor-made seat cushion. To complement the new Business Class seat, ANA has added a self-service food area fully stocked with beverages and snacks for travellers to enjoy anytime.
