Earlier this month Regent Seven Seas Cruises announced that travellers will soon be able to enjoy a new experience in travel wellness while onboard any of their ships, including destination-inspired spa treatments, rejuvenating fitness classes, nutritionally balanced cuisine and wellness tours as they journey around the world.
The Serene Spa & Wellness was originally designed for the Seven Seas Splendor but will be launched fleetwide ahead of the Splendor’s maiden voyage.
The Spa menu of services reflects treatments originating from many of the 450 destinations that Seven Seas Cruises sails, for example, ELEMIS facial therapies from the UK and Kérastase salon services from France, as well as fitness classes, personal training, wellness tours and nutritionally mindful cuisine. All of the treatments integrate globally sourced, natural ingredients that promote health and balance for the body mind and spirit.

The Serene Spa & Wellness services extend beyond treatments to also include fitness classes such as Pilates, yoga, and meditation, as well as a range of exercise equipment.
Travellers can also enjoy wellness shore excursions and immersive experiences. Some of the experiences include mineral-rich thermal springs in Rom, tai chi class on a serene beach on Palma de Mallorca, and yoga in the seaside town Taromina.
