Korean Air Launches New Direct Service to Budapest

Korean Air has announced a new direct service to between Seoul and Budapest starting in May 2020. The new service will run three times a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) departing from Incheon in the afternoon and arriving in Budapest on the same day. 


The return flight will be overnight departing early evening and arriving the following day. 

The introduction of the Budapest services comes from an increase in tourism and business travel demand, with many Korean companies located in Hungary. As the countries capital, Budapest a UNESCO World Heritage site is rich with history and beautiful landscapes.

Along with the new passenger service, Korean Air will also introduce a cargo service between the two cities. The airline now operates international flights to 115 cities in 44 countries.
