As of February 1, 2024, Emirates will be introducing new amenities for Emirates Business Class passengers, which will automatically be distributed upon boarding. This luxurious loungewear design is designed to be the ideal ‘flight fit’ - perfect for sleep in, but also suitable to wear for a social drink at the A380 onboard lounge, or as a casual outfit that takes you from aircraft to arrivals in style.
Being one of the world’s best known airlines, with a first class shower suite, to the Business Class bar, the contemporary loungewear will aid in elevating the luxury airline once more.

Composed of a super soft premium modal material, you’ll find the loungewear to be lightweight and breathable. Designed to reflect the athleisure trends we see throughout the clothing market, the cosy fabric is in a relaxing share of light blue.
The botanic fibres and jersey knit style means the loungewear has an elegant drape that flatters various body types, ensuring soft and stretchy comfort. Presented in a complementary drawstring pouch the set consists of a relaxed cowl neck top and drawstring pants, which are available in two sizes.
On flights nine hours or more, Emirates Business Class passengers will receive a set of pyjamas, plus slippers and eye masks. On flights of 2 hours and 30 minutes or more, Emirates Business Class passengers will receive slippers and eye masks.

Emirates have stated that these new amenities have been in development for more than a year, and are designed in-house by the Emirates team. The airline has even been trialing them on select routes to New York and Boston, but is now being rolled out on a wider basis, based on the positive feedback they received.
The reality is the majority of the Emirates’ fleet is the 777, which still features a 2-3-2 Business Class layout, one which doesn’t really rival that of competitors of a similar status. By introducing new soft products, such as pyjamas, it’s good to see the top tier airline investing in its product.
