If there was a reason to love Virgin Australia’s The Business anymore it’s just come. The airline has won Best Onboard Beverage at the Onboard Hospitality awards in Hamburg for it’s custom wine The Duo.
The Duo was created with St Hallett winery in the Barossa Valley and Fine Wine partners and has been specifically formed to be consumed at high altitude.
The wine is also taste matched to The Business a la carte dining menu designed by chef Luke Mangan which currently features dishes such as prawn noodle salad, Corn fed chicken on Sicilian sauce, seared haloumi with eggplant relish and a gourmet cheese board.
