After an easy check-in, it was very easy to navigate the Hanoi Airport and follow the signs to the Lotus Business Class Lounge located just after security, upstairs from gate 28 in the main terminal and is one of two lounges in the airport. After being greeted by the lovely Vietnam Airlines staff, we entered the lounge space that was opened plan with different seating options including lounge and dining areas.

The lounge had a variety of seating options to choose from, although some look a little bit more worn than others, all seats had power outlets between the seats shared between two people.

Towards the back of the lounge was a screened off quiet area with reclined seats that was a great spot to sit back and relax before a flight.

Behind the check-in desk, the was a walled-off area that had luggage lockers and a private workspace. There is free wifi that can be accessed through the lounge that makes catching up on work before your flight a breeze. Next to the workspace was an open area with the latest news magazines and armchairs with low tables that were also suitable for work.
