SWISS Business Class Cabins Displayed at Zurich Airport
Get ready for a brand new era of SWISS Business Class and First Class.

At Zurich Airport, SWISS presented the new First and Business Class seats of its ‘SWISS Senses’ cabin concept. The new seats will come into service together with the company’s brand-new Airbus A350-900s from later this year. SWISS Senses will deliver an even more comfortable air travel experience to guests in all classes. As it should though- being the airline’s biggest product investment in the company’s history.

You can book a SWISS Business Class flight through a Lufthansa fare. Getting availability on this fare can sometimes be tricky, but our airfare specialists are here to help. Make sure to chat to them if you're looking at a SWISS Business Class trip.

What to Expect

SWISS Senses represents an entire redesign of the whole aircraft cabin. The interior is hallmarked by a timeless colour scheme and the use of high quality materials. The focus on warm and muted tones conveys a sense of cosiness and comfort. This is pretty much vital for a relaxing round the world experience.

The SWISS First cabin and parts of SWISS Business also feature the first-ever use of suite seating arrangements. A further key visual feature of the new SWISS Senses cabin is the use of human-centric lighting, which will help travellers better cope with jet lag. This is such a great bonus for guests on long-haul trips! A new state-of-the-art inflight entertainment system with larger screens and the option of connecting personal devices will also be provided throughout all seating classes.

SWISS First Class

The new SWISS First suites offer guests total privacy with closing sliding doors, a spacious personal wardrobe, a large seat table, seat heating and cooling, a wireless charging station and a screen display that is as wide as the suite itself. The cabin’s centre suite can also be configured to suit two partners travelling together.

A spacious new bathroom has also been renewed for the SWISS First cabin. The facility draws its inspiration from the famous spring in Vals in Canton Graubünden: a slate-black exterior, and a green interior that alludes to the spring’s fresh and cooling water.

SWISS Business

The entirely new design of the SWISS Business cabin is intentionally conceived to meet all needs and desires. In addition to ‘classic’ Business Class seats, the new cabin offers various further seating options. Some seats can even be closed off with a sliding door to provide additional privacy. All seats are designed to convert into a fully flat bed with a length of 2 to 2.2 meters. Plus, all seats further feature seat heating and cooling and a wireless charging station. It’s great to see SWISS Business Class having a refurbishment that will bring it’s product up to scratch with the current market.
