The New Route

Starting as early as 1 July 2025, the airline will fly direct between Muscat and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol four times per week. This is great for booking your last minute Business Class flights to Europe! The Muscat-Amsterdam service, which will initially run during the summer season, will be operated by the latest generation B787-9 aircraft.

On flight number WY171, Oman Air will leave Muscat at 13:10 and arrive in Amsterdam at 18:55. This makes for a 7 hour and 45 minute flight on Oman Air’s Business Class suite. On the way back, passengers will be on flight WY172, travelling for 7 hours and 15 minutes. It departs Amsterdam at 20:25 and will arrive early in the morning the next day at 05:40.

With this new route beginning as early as 1 July 2025, we would highly recommend enquiring with us if you have not yet booked your Europe flights yet!
