Oman Air A330 Business Class Review
Recently we flew from Kuala Lumpur to Muscat on the Oman Air A330, find out our experience in the Business Class Cabin here.

Recently we flew from Kuala Lumpur to Muscat on the Oman Air A330, while this flight did not have the newer business class seat, it did include all of the other Oman Air business class features including the amazing inflight dining and onboard WiFi connectivity. Business class is spread over 2 cabins with twelve seats in the front cabin and eight the other cabin. Each cabin is good for different reasons, in the smaller cabin you have more privacy but the passengers in economy class will have to walk through your cabin during boarding. The 1-2-1 configured cabin ensures that everyone has enough space and has direct aisle access during the flight.

The seats themselves are very open to the aisle with only the two middle seats having a privacy screen between them. While this makes the cabin feel very spacious it does take away some of the privacy that can be found in the Oman Air 787 Business class.

While seated everything is within your reach, with two storage compartments in the side of the seat, a bigger space under the footrest, and a closed storage compartment in the armrest to store personal items during the flight. In each of the storage compartments in the side of the seat are also connectivity plugs included AC, USB and an audio jack to be used with the complimentary noise-cancelling headphones, while enjoying the inflight entertainment. Each seat is fitted with a 17-inch personal entertainment system with hours of the latest movies.

Within the generously wide seat, there is plenty of room to stretch out and relax with the footrest doubling as a smaller seat with a seat belt if you wanted to have a friend join you for a meal or part of the flight. The controls for the seat are conveniently placed at the top of the armrest and will change the seat into a fully flat bed.

Filled with all of the classic items such as dental kit, mouthwash, socks, eye mask and earplugs as well as other luxury items including body lotion, facial moisturiser, lip balm and even a shaving kit and hairbrush.

As always, the food in the dining service was exquisite, starting with an Amuse-bouche followed by multiple courses including starter, soup, main and dessert. With a huge range of beverage options including tea, coffee, and a selection of cocktails and wine including Laurent-Perrier Brut Champagne.

Even though the Oman Air A330 does not have the newest business class seats, it is still a very comfortable experience at less than $5000 per person to Europe in business class, with excellent food and service onboard as well. Most itineraries will feature a mix of the new and old product, our consultants can go through seat maps with you before booking as part of our consultation process.
