The Retrofits & A New Long-Range Aircraft

The Emirates retrofit programme has reportedly moved at a remarkable pace. Their teams have worked around the clock to have these nose-to-tail makeovers completed at an average of one aircraft every three weeks.

The airline also announced it will welcome its very first long-range A350. The aircraft will make its debut in Adelaide on 1 December 2025. Exciting news for long-haul travellers as the Emirates Airbus A350-900ULR is said to stay in the air for an impressive 15+ hours non-stop.

By the end of the year, Emirates expects to have five A350 aircrafts earmarked to serve long-haul flights. Each will feature 32 fully flat Business Class seats in a 1-2-1 configuration, 28 seats in Premium Economy, and 238 Economy Class seats.
