Air New Zealand long haul business class cabins all feature seats that convert to fully flat beds. Business class cabins are configured in a herringbone formation where all seats face in towards the aisle. Air New Zealand cabin crew prepare each bed with a mattress, duvet and full sized pillows with the back falling forward to meet the ottoman to form the flat bed.

Air New Zealand business class menus are designed by top Kiwi chefs and are complete with wines to match.  A fast dine option is available for passengers who want a quick meal before settling into sleep as soon as possible, as well as a sleep-in breakfast, a light breakfast meal for passengers wanting to sleep as long as possible before departing. Air New Zealand Business class passengers receive an amenity kit, eye mask and socks.
