Mon, 04 Mar 2024

Turkish Airlines is set to revolutionise its Business Class experience with the introduction of the all new Crystal Suite, marking a leap forward in its offerings for travellers. The airline plans to unveil this product at the upcoming Aircraft Interiors Expo show in Hamburg on 28 May 2024, with an anticipated rollout commencing in 2025.

Under the leadership of Turkish Airlines Chairman, Professor Ahmet Bolat, the Turkish Airlines Crystal suite promises to redefine luxury and comfort in the skies. Featuring a sleek and modern design, these private suites will be equipped with state-of-the-art amenities to cater to the needs of Business Class flyers.

A key highlight of the Crystal suite is its innovative sliding door, providing passengers with enhanced privacy during their journey. Additionally, passengers can expect a range of high-tech features designed to elevate their in-flight experience.

The bespoke Crystal Suites are crafted by Turkish Airlines own Turkish Cabin Interior (TCI) arm, ensuring a unique and exclusive offering that sets the airline apart from its competitors. With a 1-2-1 cabin configuration, the new seats will provide direct aisle access for all passengers, while maintaining a spacious and comfortable environment.

The initial phase of the rollout will see the Crystal Business Class suites installed on Turkish Airlines Boeing 777 feet, beginning in early 2025. This strategic move demonstrates the airline’s commitment to providing a premium travel experience across its entire network.

With recent announcements of flights launched to Australia from this month, Turkish Airlines is establishing itself as a strong, leading carrier in the European airspace and beyond.

Looking ahead, Turkish Airlines plans to extend the Crystal suite experience to its Airbus A350-1000 jets, scheduled to operate non-stop flights to Sydney and Melbourne from late 2026. While there are no immediate plans to retrofit other aircraft types, the airline remains focused on delivering a great experience of luxury to its passengers.

Turkish Airlines Crystal Business Class suites aim to raise the bar for travel, creating new competition in the market, especially since announcing its expansion into the Australian market. Travellers can look forward to a new era of sophistication and comfort onboard Turkish Airlines flights, starting in 2025.
