SWISS Celebrate Taste Of Switzerland
SWISS is celebrating 15 years of their ‘Taste of Switzerland’ dining program by revisiting some of the favourite menu items from celebrated chefs over the years.
SWISS Taste of Switzerland has been promoting Swiss cuisine by bringing high quality meals from top local chefs to inflight guests since 2002. For the next few months, first and business class passengers on long haul flights can enjoy some of the most popular meals from the menus.
The program has taken guests on a culinary journey around the country by showcasing a different region every 3 months, covering all 26 regions of Switzerland and including 64 chefs over the past 15 years.
To celebrate, business class passengers until June 2018 can enjoy highlights from the menus including:
- Alpstein chicken with PX sauce, truffled polenta, carrot and courgette medley
- Beef tenderloin with herb crust, red wine sauce, potato gratin and spring vegetables
- Yoghurt and honey mousse with strawberry sponge and bircher muesli popcorn
