Wed, 14 Jun 2017

Etihad Airways are upgrading their aircraft on flights from their Abu Dhabi hub to Amsterdam, Athens, Madrid and New York.

Etihad this week upgraded their second daily flight to New York to an A380, making New York an All-A380 operation, the third Etihad destination to do so after London and Sydney.

In Europe, 5 Flights a week to Amsterdam will be operated by a 787 Dreamliner from September 1st, and daily flights to Madrid will be operated by a Dreamliner from October 1st. Additionally flights to Athens will be operated by a Dreamliner over the European summer.

The upgrades are in order to keep up with demand as the airline continues to grow globally.

Etihad A380 and Dreamliners are both next generation aircraft featuring business class with fully flat beds.
